Return Timeline

We offer a 2-day return and exchange period from the date of recevied product. If 2 days have passed from the date of recevied of your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Refund Policy

In case of any refunds approved by Mogal Decor, it will take 24 working hours to process the refund. All refunds will be credited as UPI.

Return & Exchange Policy.

We follow a 100% customer satisfaction policy and allow returns/exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product.
If the refund is approved, then with in 24 hours the refund will be credited to the customer.

To be eligible

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
A video of the package opening is mandatory to verify any damage, defects, or wrong delivery.

Exchanges

Request must be made through our website or customer support with in 2 days of product delivery.
The product must be in resalable condition and must be returned in its original form.
if the replacement is approved, with in 3 days the replaced product will be delivered to the customer.

Attach a photo/video of the product showing the issue clearly.
Our support team will review and initiate the return/exchange process within 24 business hours.
Return the product with original labels, in unused condition, and proper packaging.
